Privacy notice at collection
Zainab Mustafa Alwosaibi (the controller, Eastern Province, info@zainabmlegal.com) collects what you write in this form to read and answer your message, and to send awareness emails only if you choose that in the second box, and your data will not be processed later for a purpose that conflicts with these. The legal basis is your consent, asked for separately for each purpose. Fields marked with an asterisk and the first consent box are required; the organisation field and the second box are optional. If the required fields are not completed, the form cannot be sent, and you can email me directly instead.
The site and its forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which is based in the United States, so your message is stored and processed outside the Kingdom, and the form system automatically records your IP address and browser type with it. The message also passes through Akismet, the spam-filtering service Netlify uses, and a copy reaches my email inbox. Messages are kept for no more than 12 months after our last exchange. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing.
Under Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to ask for it in a readable and clear format, to ask for it to be corrected, completed or updated, and to ask for it to be destroyed, and you may withdraw your consent at any time (Article 5).
