Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
First-Class Honors, Saudi Electronic University, GPA 3.97 out of 4.00, November 2022.
I am a legal specialist with a Bachelor of Laws (First-Class Honors). Inside establishments in four sectors I have worked on labor law and HR, contracts, commercial and company law, internal policies and regulations, governance and compliance, disputes and settlements, and legal research and review. Today I explain these areas through general awareness content that gives the article number and its official link, from the Eastern Province to the whole Kingdom.

Arabic is my native language and I am fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing). That is why this site is Arabic first, with an English version for HR managers who do not read Arabic.
I have worked as a legal specialist in healthcare, legal services and construction, and then in a multi-branch restaurant operation. These are the main tasks, described as my work for each employer, without details of its files.
Four Million Company
Al-Rashed Pools Establishment
Thiqah Law Firm & Legal Consultancy
Prince Saud bin Jalawi Hospital
Eight areas I have worked on at these employers, and that I explain in general awareness content. This is hands-on experience and subjects for awareness, not an offer of any service.
Employment contracts and their documentation, leave, ending the relationship, employee files and administrative investigations.
Drafting and reviewing construction contracts and agreements in-house, for the employer itself.
Licences and regulatory requirements for establishments in construction and multi-branch food service.
Preparing internal policies and procedures for the employer to support its Labor Law compliance.
Tracking labor, tax and licensing requirements inside the establishment, and management reports.
Supporting claims and dispute files inside the establishment, and coordinating with outside lawyers.
Researching Saudi laws and regulations and following their updates since 2023.
Reviewing the employer's contracts, policies and administrative documents before approval.
I promise no outcomes. What I commit to is the way every post and every page is made.
Every legal point I publish gives the article number and links to the official text on the Bureau of Experts website or the competent authority's page, so you can check it yourself.
I have worked inside establishments in healthcare, legal services, construction and multi-branch food service, so I write about the rule as it is applied day to day on Qiwa, GOSI and Balady.
The content is Arabic first, with a matching English version of every page for HR managers and business owners who do not read Arabic.
The end-of-service, annual leave and notice period calculators run only in your browser, so wage data is never sent to a server. Results are guidance estimates; the official reference is the Qiwa calculator.
I do not ask for the details of your case or your documents, and I do not comment on particular cases in messages or comments. For a specific case I point you to the Najiz lawyers directory.
The content follows the Labor Law amendments in force since 19 February 2025, and every page carries the date it was last reviewed.
I am not a licensed lawyer. What I publish is limited to general awareness of published rules, and never addresses a particular person's case.
For a specific case, please contact a licensed lawyer through the Najiz lawyers directory.
These are courses I attended. They are not services I offer to others.
The Labor Law governs employment in the private sector, from signing the contract to the end of service. It does not apply to civil servants or military personnel, and its own text excludes certain groups, including domestic workers, agricultural workers and private shepherds (Article 7). Since 19 February 2025 the amendments made by Royal Decree No. (M/44) have been in force: 38 articles were amended, 7 were deleted and 2 were added, including the rules on probation, notice, special leave and maternity leave.
At the same time, many obligations have moved onto government platforms. The wage clause of an employment contract documented on Qiwa is now an executive instrument that can be enforced through Najiz, and all three phases of that rollout were complete by August 2026.
Because my day-to-day work was on these same platforms, I write about compliance as it is applied, step by step, and I always point to the official text.
